We transfer your data to the tour operator that will carry out the trip you booked. Therefore, your data may be transferred to a third party located outside the EU (a third country). if the tour operator you chose resides in a third country and/or the trip takes place in a third country.

We do not guarantee that the scale of data protection in a third country will reach the same level of protection that within the EU. When choosing a tour operator in a third country / a tour that takes place in a third country, you are aware of the fact that the transfer of data personal information to a third country is necessary for the performance of the contract between you and Treppid is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract entered into in your interest between Treppid and the tour operator.
