Change and Cancellation Policy

Date Changes

Changes to the tour date are allowed up to 30 days before the scheduled date, before 6:00 PM (Lima time), subject to availability. A 60% administrative fee will be applied to the tour price.

Last-Minute Restriction

Changes requested after this period will be subject to a 100% charge, equivalent to the total cost of the tour.

Cancellation Policy

Early Cancellation

If you cancel your tour more than 30 days in advance of the start date, before 6:00 PM (Lima time), 10% of the total tour cost will be retained for administrative expenses and card charges.

Late Cancellation

Cancellations made after this period or a no-show on the tour day will incur a 100% charge, corresponding to the total tour amount. Cancellation and Change Process:
